Safe Landing & Flight Certificate

After an hour of tranquil flight, land safely and enjoy your tea or coffee. You’ll receive a flight certificate to remember your enchanting Dubai adventure.

Operating Hours: Daily: 4:30am to 8am (Pickup will be between 3:00am to 4:30am from your hotel)

Approximate Duration: 5 hours

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the attraction.

• Guests under the age of 5 years & above the age of 80 years will not be permitted to fly.

• Maximum weight permitted is 119 kg. (Guests exceeding this limit require pilot approval and will incur an extra charge).

Getting There:

• This ticket includes shared transfer in an air-conditioned vehicle to & from your hotel.

• Please enter your pickup address on the checkout page and ensure you're waiting at the reception well before your scheduled pickup time, as the driver can not wait if you are not ready on time. The ticket cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

• Passengers must present a valid ID or passport to fly; otherwise, entry will be denied.

• The waiver form needs to be filled out 24 hours before the flight. Please fill out the Waiver Form and submit the form online.

• All passengers will need to sign the declaration that he/she doesn’t have the above problems (Mandatory).

• The guest’s valid WhatsApp number is mandatory for reservations, allowing us to communicate the pickup time and provide any updates regarding the tour.

• The Balloon Flights team will share the exact pickup time the day before the tour, between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM.

• Sharing transfer pick-up/drop-off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.

• Be ready at the pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time, as any delay could result in the cancellation of the entire flight.

• Participants must be in good physical condition, able to climb in and out of the basket, and bend during landing. 

• Comfortable, casual clothing is recommended and avoid high heels, wear shoes or boots instead.

• Pregnant ladies or guests with disabilities (including mental, emotional, and physical conditions), serious heart issues, knee/back pain, recent surgery (within the past six months), or height phobia are not permitted to participate.

• Anyone under the influence of alcohol or any other drugs is strictly not allowed to fly.

• Balloon flights depend on weather conditions. The pilot may cancel or proceed with the flight based on safety. Canceled flights will be rescheduled or refunded.
